LAST WEEK’S RETURNS. The tramways revenue collected: inti New Plymouth during the week. ended| last night amounted to £357 13s 3dJ which represents on increase of £4) 6® 9d over the corresponding period ofl last year, when the revenue collectedß was £353 6s fid. The increase in rev J enue last week is not so large as usual owing to the fact that in the corresponding period of last year a Home liner was in port here and proved an attraction, consequently the trams Lad a busy time, and carried ulore passengers than usual. Last week’s passengers totalled 33,864, an increase of 334 F over the same period of 1920, when* 33,530 were carried. The details of last week’s figure* are:—-
