SOME REMARKABLE FIGURES. WEALTH IN MANUFACTURES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. interesting figures regarding the trade >f Canada were given at to-day’s Rotary Club luncheon by Mr. A. F. Roberts, who said Canada’s export and import ;rade in 1920 totalled £605,000.000. This was three times that of Australia, while the figures for New Zealand /or 1920 were only £83,000,000. Contrary to what he had imagined. Canada's principal exports consisted of manufactured goods, the value of which ■n 1920 was £140,000,000. Canada's exports of agricultural produce In 1920 were valued at £117,009,000. There was sne thing, however, in which Canada was behind both Australia and New Zealand, and that was in sheep. The number of sheep in Australia wag 72,100 000, and the number in New Zeaiand woe 20,000 000, but the figures for were only 3,000,000.
