A Ere at Brown and Broad’s timber yards at Newstead, Breakfast Creek, destroyed over a million feet of dressed timber, engines, machinery, fittings and * portion of the buildings. The damage is £30,000. The foreman fireman named Walsh was fatally overcome by heat and smoke. MILLIONS IN WHEAT. Received June 29, 9.20 p.m. Melbourne, June 29. With the payment of Is 3d per bushel, whieh the wheat pool is making in July, farmers will have received £41,012,675 on account of last year’s harvest. MUNICIPALITY AND PRESS. Sydney, June 29.
