WOOL DISPOSAL.
COMMITTEE’S CONDITIONS. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.-Copyright. Wellington, June 28. The Wool Committee held ite first meeting to-day. The Post learned that it ie the intention of the cummitteq; to carry out the work with the least possible hiaidrance to trading. The necessary formalities have been arranged in the simplest form. Permits will be issued <?n undertakings from the wool broker* and wool shippers, exclusive of wool buyer purchasing at auction. The Customs will receive a list of those to whom such permits have been issued, and thereafter the business of those holding permits will proceed as though no requisition existed. At the conclusion of each auction the salebrokers will furnish the Customs Department at the port of shipment with a certificate that the wool has been purchased at prices not less than the fixed minimum prices, and this certificate will be all that is required for free export of wool. There will be no restriction on the export of wool secureu as the result of wooli bought in accordance with the regula-
Allotments have been made for the July sales. The committee will go fully into forming a policy for carry-over wools, the extension of markets, and uses for New Zealand wool.
