DISARMAMENT.
ADVOCATED IN JAPAN. FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Tokio, June 27 The National Chamber of Commerce passed a resolution urging Japan to conclude a disarmament, agreement with the neighboring Powers. Viscount Shifousawa declared that Japan's relations with America and China were regrettably unsatisfactory. He urged the Government to withdraw the troops from the Hankow-Shangtung railway, to exert greater disarmament efforts, and to transfer part of the military expenditure for the development of industry.
