The Prince of Wales has cabled to Major-General Sir Andrew Russell the following reply to birthday greetings sent by the president of the New Zealand Returned Soldiers’ Association on behalf of the ‘Triggers” of the Dominion: “My warmest thanks to New Zealand returned soldiers for their telegram of birthday congratulations. — Edward P.”
