The Premiers’ Conference resumed the discussion on foreign policy to-day, all the delegates speaking at length on confidential questions involving most intimate relations. It was decided to preserve the closest secrecy. The conference will be continued, on Monday. The delegates are leaving London for the week-end. Sir William Herries, of New Zealand, attended the conference at the invitation of Mr. Lloyd George. Mr. Lloyd George and Mr. Winston Churchill will reply to to-day’s speeches on Monday.
