ARRIVAL AT NEW YORK. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright New York, June 2zc Admiral Sims has arrived. Extraordinary precautions were taken to prevent Irish demonstrations. The docks were closed to the public. A thousand police guarded the approaches to the wharf. Thousands of people assembled, including a big force of Admiral Sims sympathisers who gave deafening cheers for the Admiral.
