The weather was beautiful, there was a good attendance, and the course was in good order for the second day of the Hawke’s Bay Jockey Club's winter meeting in conjunction with the Hawke's Bay Hunt Club to>day. The totalisator put through £24,912, aa compared with £29,978 on the second day last year, a decrease of £5066. Results:— HUNTERS’ FLAT RACE.
