PROPOSED SUPPRESSION OF SANCTIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright Paris, June 20. The discussions at Boulogne in July are expected to include a proposal to cancel the sanctions imposed at London last March for the occupation of Dusseldorf. Duisburg, and Ruhrort, and the customs cordon on the Rhine. It is reported that Lord Curzon asked for the immediate suppression of the sanctions, to which M. Briand replied: “This will not pay ua yet.”
