LONDON MARKETS. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., have received tlie following cablegram from tbeirj London house under date 18th instant:— Wool.—Sales closed. Nearly all sold. As compared with May 12 merino 5 per cent, to 10 per cent., fine and sllpe crossbred 5 per cent, higher. Medium and coarse crossbred 5 per cent, lower. Next sales open July 12. Average current London values of the undernoted descriptions of New Zealand greasy wool are:—Good merino 16d, medium merino i:;y 2 d, inferioi merino 10%d, flue crossbred 13%d, medium crossbred 9d, coarse crossbred (40’s) 6’Ad, coarse crossbred (36's) 5%d. LONDON APPLE MARKET. Received June 21, 7.40 p.m. London, June 20. Apples, ex Northumberland and Port Denison, are selling at about Is to 2s decline. SYDNEY WOOL SALES. Received June \2l, 9.45 p.m. \ London, June 21. At the wool sales there was keen demand for all grades, France and Japan operating freely. Prices were unchanged. LONDON METAL MARKETS.
