LEAGUE OF NATIONS.

MR. W. M. HUGHES MAY ATTEND. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received June 16, 10.45 p.m. London. June 15. It is now considered likely that Mr. W. M. Hughes will remain and attend the League of Nations conference at Geneva in September rather than dispatch another Minister from Australia. Mr. Hughes will not confirm this, but the indications are that he will agree to go. He will not attend the opening of the Irish Parliament. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
