At the suggestion of Mr. Justice Bowers, the Mount Lyell closing date has been postponed from the 16th to the 29th. A DOUBLE MURDER., Melbourne, June 14. A double murder is reported from Beaconfield, 30 miles from Melbourne. Frederick Sheard and his wife, who were both over 70, were.killed in bed. The motive is unknown.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
