FOOTBALLER’S SUDDEKT DEATH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Otaki, June 13. Frank Cootes, at one time a Horowhenua football representative and a fine athlete, died suddenly on Saturday after playing in a football match from heart disease. DEATH FROM SHOCK. Dunedin, June 13. James Taylor, aged 84, and a retired civil servant, died in the hospital as a result of shock following a fall when attempting to board a moving tram on June 1. The injuries were small, but his age made the shock fatal.
