REFUSES TO LEAVE STEAMER. WANTS TO RETURN TO SYDNEY. By Telegraph—Press Association Wellington, Last Night. Mrs. Farr, who was not permitted to land from the Ulimaroa owing to her refusal to tpke the oath of allegiance, would have been allowed to land to-day by the Customs authorities without talcing the oath, but she declined to come ashore. She?, says she desires to return to Sydney in compliance with her Sydney legal adviser’s cable.
