DAIRY PRODUCE OVERSEAS.
A NEW DISPOSAL COMPANY. A new private company has been registered in England, whose shareholders are representatives of the Mliolesale Society of England on the one hand and the New Zealand Producers’ Co-operative Marketing Association on the other (says the The new company is to be known as the New Zealand Produce Association, and it has a nominal capital of £lO,OOO in shares of £1 each. The objects are to carry on the business of manufacturers, importers, exporters, and distributors of and agents for butter, bacon, cheese, corn, flour, meat, eggs, and poultry, etc. The signatories, each subscribing for one share, are:—Mr. T. A. Winks. Sidcup (well-known in Taranaki); Sir T. W. Allen, Newport. Mon. (director of the Wholesale Co-opera-tive Society); Mr. R. Ellison, Sidcup (representative of the N.Z. Dairv Association in London); and Mr. W. Clayton, Monkscaton (director of the Wholesale Co-operative Association). •There are to be four directors until otherwise determined by an agreement between the Co-operative Wholesale Society. Ltd., and the New Zealand Producers’ Co-operative Marketing Asaoriatidn, Ltd.
