GISBORNE’S HARBOR.

NEW SCHEME ADOPTED. TO COST OVER A MILLION. By Telegraph —Press Association Gisborne, Last Night. The Harbor Board to-day decided to approve of Mr, Reynolds’ report, plans and estimate for an outer harbor, the first instalment to cost £782,000, and the whole scheme to cost £1,200,000. This decision is subject to the determination of the Supreme Court in connection with an originating summons issued by the board to ascertain if Mr. George Lysnar has a claim against the board under an agreement in respect to a scheme he submitted to the board.
