The Rarawa is to leave Onehunga at lhe usual time this afternoon, and should arrive here early to-morrow morning. She will sail again for Onehunga at 8.20 p.m., and is again due here on Thursday. TREGARTHEN ARRIVES. I The Tregarthen, from. New Orleans, via Port Chalmers with, a cargo of phosphates, arrived in the stream at 1 a.m. yesterday, and anchored there to await a berth. She will not be able to come alongside until the Waimate sails, probably on Wednesday. The Trefarthen is a. vessel of 4263 tons gross register, and is in command of Captain Foster. Her cargo for this port amounts to about 500 tons. CORINNA FROM SOUTH. The Corinna arrived at 9 o’clock yesterday morning from southern ports with about 1000 tons of cargo to' discharge. It is expected she will get away again to-morrow. WAIMATE LOADING. Loading operations are proceeding on the Waimate, and i.t is expected to have her I ready to sail on Wednesday The cargo to be loaded here consists of 8000 crates of cheese, 18,600 freight carcases of frozen » meat (6700 from the Smart Road and 11,900 from the Waitara works), 230 casks of tallow from the Smart Road freezing works, 150 carcases of meat and 19 bales of wool from the Waitara freezing works, and 366 bales of wool and 34 casks of tallow from various shippers at Waitara. KENNEDY FROM WELLINGTON. The small steamer Kennedy is scheduled to leave Wellington to-day for New Plymouth with general cargo, and should arrive here to-morrow. After discharge the vessel returns to Wellington. WAIOTAPU FROM ’FRISCO. The Union Company advise that the Waiotapu is now loading at San Francisco for Auckland, Napier, Lyttelton, Wellington and New Plymouth. The vessel is expected to get away from the Californian port about the middle of this week. MAKURA LEFT HONOLUI.U, Cable advice received by the Union Company states that the mail steamer Makura arrived at Honolulu at 8.45 a.m. on Saturday, 21st inst., from Auckland and Suva, and sailed at 8 p.m. the same day for Vancouver. She was due at the Canadian port-on Saturday.
