The Foreign Office informed a eor- ' pondent that Japan had definitely deed to withdraw her troops from tantung and all Siberia except the .-unur region. Troops will be held in Saghalien pending a settlement of questions arising from the massacre of Japanese troops at Nikolavsk. The Chita Government will require to assure the maintenance of order and to re-open the region to commerce on the basis of equal opportunity before the troops can be withdrawn. A statement by Masoo.
