GREEK OUTRAGES CONDEMNED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, May 22. The Allied Commission, headed by British officers, has completed its investigation of the Turkish charges against the Greeks in Asia Minor of maltreating civilians. They found the charges proved, ana impressed upon the Greeks that they must, as a civilised nation, observe the rules of civilised Warfare.
