SILESIA.
A NEW DANGER. TENDENCY TO BOLSHEVISM. SHORTAGE OF FOOD. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received May 22, 5.5 p.m. London, May 21 Events in Upper Silesia have taken a serious turn, owing to dissatisfaction among the insurgents, due to a shortage of food and money, and there is a strong tendency to break away from the national movement in the direction of Bolshevism. The food situation is partly attributable to the German Government withholding supplies.—Reuter Service.
