SOVIET LEADERS
SHARP’DIFFERENCES OCCUR. By Telegraph.—Preas Assn Copyright. Moscow, May 20. There are sharp differences between Lenin and Trotsky. The former declared at a Soviet Council meeting that the time had arrived when the Russian Government should not be confined to Bolsheviks, and urged representation of other parties on the administration. Trotsky, severely criticising this, obtained an adioufhment. It is generally believed that several non-Bolsheviks, including Kokovzov, who served the Tzar, will be asked to join the Government. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
