DETAILS OF THE SCHEME

Wellington, Last Night. It is stated there will soon be before Cabinet the draft scheme for a producers’ line of steamers to carry New Zealand produce to the markets of the world. The producers’ committee has drawn up details, which are now before the Acting-Prime Minister, who intends to place them before Cabinet, and he will advise the committee if the proposals are acceptable or not.
