METHODIST MINISTERS’ ASSOCIATION.
QUARTERLY MEETING
The quarterly meeting of the North Taranaki Methodist Ministers’ Association was held in the Eltham Church on Monday, The President (Rev. A. Liversedge) presided, and extended a cordial welcome to the ministers who had recently arrived in the district.
The annual election of officers resulted:—President, Rev. W. J. Elliott, of Whiteley Memorial Church; secretary, Rev. L. B. Neale, Stratford. A thoughtful paper on “The Equipment of the Preacher,” was read by Mr. W. Watson, mission er of Patea, and a profitable discussion followed.
After a considerable amount of business had been transacted an interesting meeting terminated.
