EGMONT LADIES’ CLUB.
A meeting of the Egmont Ladies' Hockey Club (Stratford), was held on Monday evening. 1
Hearty votes of thanks were passed to the following for donations:—Mr. R. Masters £1 Is, Messrs. S. Pitt and C. Lamplough 10s 6d each, Modern Tailors 10s, J. K. Amesbury, Lightband and Wann, Rawles and Rawles, Finlay and Sherwin 5s each, W. Fraser 2s 6d. A further committee to work for the dance with the Stratford Hockey Club was elected as follows: Captain, vice-captain, secretary. Miss Moon and Miss Rudkin. The following teams will play this afternoon at 2 o’clock:—-A. team: Misses Lawn, Richardson, Jones, Bullot, Smart, Sangster, Anderson, Moon, Anneson, H. Henry and Fisher. Emergency: Miss Jones. B team: Misses Grubb, Lawn, J. Henry, Mrs. Gaffaney, Misses Hammond, Boon, Henry, Rudkin, Butcher, Armstrong, and Hale. Emergencies; Misses Fane and Thomson.
