Irreconcilables among the Republican Senators are confident that President Harding has abandoned his intention to re-submit an amended Versailles Treaty to the Senate. They are planning a resolution declaring that it is the sense of the Senate lhat American troops should be withcKwn from Germany. It is also sain that two new peace treaties will be negotiated; one with Germany, and the other with the Allies. —Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
