Italy, therefore, completely agrees with the text of the American Note concerning the equality of rights among the mandatories in exercise of their mandates, and wishes and trusts that the just rights of everybody concerned in Yap will be recognised. Italy expects the conference of Ambassadors at Paris will pronounce itself in such a way as to eliminate every possibility of disagreement, and will conciliate all conflicting interests in Yap.y—Aus. and N.Z.
