By Telegraph.—Press As-n.—Copyright. London, April 28.

Dean Inge, in a series of articles in the Evening Standard, is trying his hand as a minor prophet. Failing this the unions will continue to ride the community until capital is altogether dissipated. He predicts that China, India and Japan will become the world’s workshops, where labor is more efficient than in Europe.
