Trotsky, Bukharin and Dzerzhinsky, over the control of most Of the Government machinery. There is plotting to overthrow Lenin, whose reeent concessions to the bourgeoisie have increased the dissension. Lenin’s sister has been dismissed from the position of Keeper of the State Archives, and many army officers who are favorable to Lenin, including Kameneff, Commander-in-Chief, have been arjrested.—Aus. and N.Z.
