RACING COMMISSION.
VISIT TO NEW PLYMOUTH.
Mr. S. G. Smith, J)I.P., has been advised by telegram that the Racing Commission will arrive in New Plymouth by the mail train on Wednesday night. The racecourse will be inspected on Thursday and deputations will be received from the Taranaki Jockey Club, the North Taranaki Trotting Club, and all others interested.
