A NEW COMET.
DISCOVERED AT CAPETOWN.
INVISIBLE TO NAKED EYE.

The Government astronomer has re-, ceived notice from the Harvard Observatory of the discovery of a new comet by the Capetown observer on March 13. The placing is as follows: Right ascension 20h 16m, declination 16deg. 20 min. south, within a degree of the third magnitude star Bette Capricorni. The comet is invisible to the naked eye, but should be easy to find with a tele* scope.
