The box office in connection with the dramatic entertainment in aid of the Clarke Memorial Hostel will be opened this morning, at Collier’s. The annual meeting of subscribers to the Public Library is being held this evening, in the, library buildings in King Street, and a cordial invitation is extended to the public to attend. The institution is securing more subscribers every year, and is extending its activities, and a large attendance is anticipated to meet the inauguration of another year of progress.
