Corinna, from south, Sunday. Port Hacking, early. Wafanate, early In May. Australcrag, from Antwerp, May. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa is expected to arrive from Onehunga early this morning with passengers and cargo. She sails during the day for Wellington, where she will go on the slip, being flue back here on Friday, to sail for Onehunga at 8.20 ( p.m. YSABEL SAILS. The barquentlne Ysabel, wtich brought a cargo of benzine from San Francisco and has been in port since April 16, sailed for Auckland yesterday. FLORA FROM SOUTH. The Flora is scheduled to leave Lyttelton to-day for New Plymouth with about 1000 tons of general cargo to discharge. She is expected here on Friday. CORINNA WITH CARGO. The Corinna was to have left Dunedin yesterday for New Plymouth via South Island ports, with general cargo. She should arrive here about Sunday. WEST WIND'S NEW ZEALAND PORTS. Yesterday’s Dominion says that the steamer West Wind, which left New York for New Zealand on April 13 to the agency of Messrs. 1 Dalgety and Co., will not come to New Plymouth’ to discharge, as was previously announced. The vessel's New Zealand unloading ports will be Auckland and Wellington. WAIMARINO AT APIA. • The Waimarino arrived at Apia on Wednesday last from San Francisco, and is expected to leave that port to-day. She is bound to Auckland, where she is due on May 3. MATATUA AT AUCKLAND. An early arrival at Auckland on Friday was the Matatua -from Liverpool. She left the Home port on March 11 and proceeded to Colon, where she arrived on March 27. Next day she left for Auckland direct. Fine l weather was experienced on the voyage until about a week ago, when the steamer ran into heavy gales from the west, which retarded her progress. She brought cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. Her cargo for Auckland consists of 1500 tous, including a large consignment of rails. LARGEST BOAT AFLOAT. The White Star Line announces that It has purchased the ex-German steamer Bismarck from the Reparations Commission for employment in the company’s mail and passenger service between f Southampton, Cherbourg, and New York. The Bismarck, which was in course of construction at' the outbreak of war in 1914, and Is of 56,000 tons gross, is tte largest steamer in the world. She Is propelled by quadruple screws actuated by eight steam turbines. The White Star Line, owing to the loss of the Brittanic and Oceanic during hostilities, was largely influenced in the acquisition of the Bismarck by' its desire to have an adequate mail service between England and America—a matter of national importance —and this will be attained by the association of the Bismarck with the Olympic, of 46,439 tons, and the Adriatic, of 24,541 tons.
