NEW POLICY IN RUSSIA.
RECOGNITION' OF CAPITALISM. RESULT OF FREE TRADE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 25, 5.5 p.m. Moscow, April 24. Lenin, addressing branch secretaries and agitators of the Communist Party, admitted that the return to free trade meant the re-introduction of capitalism into Rpssia. He said free trade signifies the growth of capitalism and whoever tries to explain it away by one trick or another is comforting himself with empty words. Capitalism is unavoidable and Russia will become a capitalistic State. Lenhi added that he did not fear capitalism while the State possessed the factories and transport and a monopoly of foreign trade.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
