SUNKEN SHIP’S GOLD.

£7,000,000 TN THE LAURENTIC. London, March 29. The Admiralty states that a salvage vessel will shortly be leaving Portsmouth to recover the remainder of the gold bullion on the armed liner Laurentic, which was sunk off the coast of Ireland in January, 1917. Bullion to the value of £7,000,000 remains in the debris of the wreck, which is covered with gravel' and silt at a depth of twenty fathoms.
