WOMAN FOUND DEAD. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hastings, April 23, An elderly well-dressed woman was found dead in a vacant section at about one o’clock. An envelope was found in her clothing bearing the postmark, Stoke-on-Trent, England, addressed to Marian D. Baird, 55 Trafalgar Street, Nelson. There were no signs of foul play.
