The Helsingfors correspondent of the Times states that Trotsky is again rattling his sabre. In a bombastic address to the students at a military school he stated that next summer the Soviet would investigate the possibilities of a general offensive in the East, coupled with a war of revenge against Poland. He stated that the Red army at present counts millions of trained and eager fighters and 150,000 officers, and the output of the munition factories had increased four hundred per cent. —Times Service.
