At the forthcoming annual meeting of the Rugby Union a proposal will be submitted that the New Zealand, New South Wales, and South African Unions each be represented on the committee by representatives ineligible for the presidency, the vice-presidency, the treasurership, or to serve on the selection committee.—Reuter Service. CENTRAL DIVISION. ADDITIONAL REFEREES. The following additional appointments of referees for Saturday's matches have been made by the Referees’ Association: — THIRD GRADE. Stratford High School v. Toko, at Toko, 3 p.m., Mr. Blanchard; Eltham v. at Eltham, 3 p.<m., Mr. Tyrer. FOURTH GRADE. Eltham v. Stratford, at Victoria Park, 1.30 p.m., Mr. Clipkard; Stratford High School v. Inglewood, at Show Grounds, 1.30 p.m., Mr. Skoglund. Messrs. J. H. Thompson and Thos. Wilson were appointed from the Northern Association as selection committee for the central division. STRATFORD CLUB.
