THE NEW SHIPPING SCHEME. By Telegraph.—Press Christchurch, Last Night. Sir Thomas Mackenzie addressed I large meeting of farmers on the marrtet prospects at Home, his remarks b«ns on the lines of previous addressee. At the conclusion a motion was carried favoring Mr. Bernard Tripp’s shipping scheme, with the exception of the financial side, which would be along the lines of the formation of a company by importers, exporters and producers.
