BORDER FIGHTING.
SEVERE ENGAGEMENTS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Delhi, April 16. There has been severe fighting in the Wana and Mashud as the result of the re-appearance of the notorious Afghan adventurer Abdurrazak, who organised the hostile) 'tribesmen. The hardest fighting occurred at Roghakot, which a battalion of Dogras captured, but later were driven back, The enemy losses were 19 killed and 38 wounded. Our losses were eight killed and 41 wounded. On th.e Bth Roghakot was recaptured by the British movable column. During further fighting -in the Mahsud country a company of Punjabis were outnumbered and lost 26 killed and 24 wounded. The British force commenced fresh operations against the enemy on the 11th.
