COVERED COURT CHAMPIONSHIPS.

In thq covered courts championships, in the singles final Crawley beat Lycett 4—6, 14 —16, 7 —5, 9—7, 63 —a record match for covered courts, lasting three and a half hours. Lycett was within a point of winning the match seven times in the fourth set. In the mixed doubles F. M. B. Fisher and Mrs. Peacock beat Loribond and Mrs. Lambert Chambers 6—o, 7—5. In the challenge round of the singles Gobert (France) beat Crawley 6 —2, 40—6, 7—5. —Reuter Service.
