LONDON FREE SALE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 14, 10.35 p.m. London, April 13. At the free wool sale there was a 'good selection of merinos and crossbreds, and a much more confident tone all round. Practically all sold at par to five per cent, above the opening rates. Continental operators bought the bulk, Germany taking about two-thirds of both merinos and crossbreds. Yorkshire buyers were more active than recently.
