AUCKLAND CASES. By Teleffraph.—Pies’ Associitio.i. Auckland, April 13. In the Supreme Court, Frank Reginald Turner admitted that he had opened a postal packet without authority. It contained a cheque for £5 3s, which he cashed. He was admitted to probation for two years and restitution ordered. Frederick John Taylor, a youthful forger formerly on the Weraroa Training Farm, was ordered four years’ reformative treatment.
