GOVERNOR VISITS A MINE.
LADY JELLICOE USES A PICK. By Telegraph. -Pre”'’ Association Greymouth, Last Night. Under the guidance of Mr. J. A. James, mine manager, the Governor-Gen-eral, Lady Jellicoe, and their daughter visited the State mine this morning. Lady Jellicoe fired two charges at the face, and also used ft pick. They received an enthusiastic reception. The party leaves to-morrow for Kumaja.
