THE PROBABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL FOR FINANCE.By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Ministers have returned to Welling-* ton and the Full Cabinet is available! for the purpose of considering of importance to be decided prior to the departure of the Prime Minister for England. No announcement has yet been made regarding the distribution nf the Prime,. Minister’s portfolios, but it is understood Sir Francis Bell will take charge of the Treasury, the Hon. D. H. Guthrie will assume control of the Railways and Mr. Massey’s other important portfolios. The H<»n. G. J. Anderson is likely to take Mines and the Hon. W. Nosworthy will control Imperial Supplies.
