Recent developments in Anglo-Aus-tralian financial circles indicate a probability of Mr. Storey (Premier of New South Wales) being able to arrange, not only the conversion of the next maturing loan, but also a new loan, provided nothing occurs in New South Wales legislation meanwhile to impair the confidence of British investors. Mr. Storey has received no information regarding the Labor resolution in reference to the King and Ireland, beyond Press reports, <and meanwhile he is closely reticent.— Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
