EVIDENCE AT THE INQUEST. By Telegraph.—Pies? Association. Christchurch, Last Night. At the inquest on Henry K. Adams, the jockey who died as a result of injuries received by a fall from Micky Free at Riccarton yesterday, a verdict was returned that death was due to cerebral compression, the result of intercranial haemorrhage. The coroner added that the fall was accidental, and there was no foul play.
