There was considerable firing at Kingston (Dublin) late on Sunday night due to simultaneous attacks on the military guard at three points. Unofficial reports assert that the Republicans had planned a raid on the naval base. TELEPHONE EXCHANGES RAIDED. London, March 28. Armed men raided the telephone exchanges around Dublin and dismantled the switch-boa rds. Mt. Devlin, speaking at Billygrandown, said the Ulster Parliament would not solve the Irish problem.
