By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. New York, March 28. The Montreal correspondent of the New’ York Tribune telegraphs that political circles are discussing the transfer of the control of Canadian railways from the Government into the hands of a privately owned syndicate, which will operate and perhaps also own them. It is understood that a special session oi Parliament may be called in the autumn to discuss the matter.
