THE WEEK’S TRAFFIC. REVENUE INCREASE £ll2 19s 2d. Returns of the traffic on the New Plymouth tramways last week show that the revenue exceeded that of the corresponding week in 1920 by £ll2 19s 2d, the week’s total being £3BO 19s Id, against £267 19s lid last year. For the Easter period—Good Friday, Saturday, and yesterday—the figures are practically the same, but the comparison will not be complete without the inclusion of to-day’s figures, as Monday shows the heaviest traffic during the holidays.
